FAQs
ConsultTed is a software solution designed for the management of self-treatable ailments in the community, without the need to see a GP. ConsultTed places community pharmacies as the focal point of this ‘Everyday Health’ movement. ConsultTed has been created with both patients and pharmacy teams in mind. ConsultTed helps patients by allowing access to ailment-specific advice, treatment options and appropriate referral pathways, should they be needed. It also helps pharmacy staff systematically and reliably manage these consultations, providing patients with the most up-to-date and clinically proven treatment options.
